KW Family Reunion in Orlando, FL

Just back from the Keller Williams Family Reunion, (convention for the non-KW folks), and I was overwhelmed!!!  What an amazing convention. ( Just let me add here, the Orlando convention center is fabulous! ) The opportunities to learn were incredible.  7-7 every day.   If you wanted to take a class you had myriad choices-overlapping at times.  You know I am exhausted but happy to have gone.  Chris Gardner, author of the Pursuit of Happyness, spoke on Tuesday and we all vowed to stop thinking we had problems!  Did you all know the movie portrayed his son as 5 years old for dialogue purposes but he was really 14 months old when his wife dropped him with Chris?!!  Yikes!  Add boxes of Pampers to the boxes he had to carry around 24-7!
I have pictures to share when I can take a minute to get them off my phone.  Really, a wonderful, educational time.  Thanks, KW!

Speaks for itself, doesn't it?
Okay, today it went down to 60 and people were freezing-myself included! Spoiled by the warm weather. It is very odd to see the azaleas blooming and all the pollen, however, it was nice to be reminded that this is still winter so don't pack up the windbreakers just yet! Stay warm all you little buds.

Today WAHHI, or the Womens Association of Hilton Head Island, had their meeting.  David Lauderdale was the speaker and he was wonderful.  What a fun and funny guy!  Totally enjoyed him and his stories about the island.  Great person!
Hi, y'all!  I was on Facebook tonight and an old friend was impressed by a great picture of HHI. I had to share why it is so wonderful here. I stop in my tracks every day and thank God I am here.  It is amazing how the little things take your breath away!  A sea hawk dropped a fish-a huge fish-on the road the other day.  He waited for the traffic to pass, picked up the still wiggling fish and flew off.  A great horned owl was sitting so still on the roof by the ocean the other night we thought he was one of those owls you get to keep the seagulls away.  Then he turned his head 180 and stared at us with eyes as big as saucers.  He had to be 3 feet tall with an incredible wingspan.  Love it-every day is a blessing here on the island.  One of the many reasons we live here.

Winter? What winter?

What a wonderful winter here on Hilton Head!  Trees are budding, my lime tree is trying, and the beaches are full of folks walking on the strand.  Makes it hard to stay inside and work, so come see me on HHI and see for yourself what the fuss is all about.
